How does this all work?
We try to make the process of producing your video as simple and as seamless as possible.  Visit our "How it Works" page for details, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us.
 
How do I receive my video?
There are several options.  The most popular is we download your video on our YouTube or Vimeo channel for fast, easy streaming at anytime.  Your video will not be posted to the public (unless you want to), and can be password-protected so that only friends and family members can view.  Also, we can burn your video to DVD if you prefer.  Another option is we can build a beautiful custom website with your video embedded on the site.  We can talk about these options in our personal consultation.

What is the typical turnaround time for receiving my video?
Our goal is to get your beautifully edited videos to you as soon as possible. Processing time will depend on the video length, the number of photographs/videos you want included, editing time, and several other factors.  We will give you a good estimate of time in your initial consultation.  On average, you can expect to receive your final images within 2-3 weeks after your order.  We do understand that sometimes there is a rush, so we offer that option as well.
 
If I want to do a Legacy Video for myself or a family member, how does this work?
There are several different options for videotaping yourself or a loved one for a Legacy video:  in person (either by yourself or using a professional videographer) or online, such as over Zoom.  Either way, we will get you some sample questions you may ask, or just let your subject tell their favorite story!
 

I look terrible on camera - can you help?
You bet!  Not everyone is a trained "actor" and ready to appear on camera.  Don't worry, we can artfully blend in photographs and other props to make the video flow smoothly, and highlight the overall story.  If we conduct the video interview either over Zoom or using a professional videographer, rest assured we've worked with hundreds of clients and know how to put the subject at ease.  After all is said and done, the more natural your subject appears, the better the result!
 

Do you offer customizable packages?
Absolutely. We understand that each client's needs are unique. That's why we offer several customizable packages that can be tailored to your specific requirements, including session duration, the number of edited photos or videos, and additional services like memory books.
